After listening to the opinions of leaders of a number of ministries, branches, localities, experts, representatives of associations and businesses, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to clarify the responsibilities of the electricity industry in ensuring system safety. system when providing transmission services across the national grid between direct sellers and buyers of renewable electricity; Monitor, update, and provide accurate data on transmission capacity and load in each region and adjust renewable energy development planning. Regarding the draft decree regulating mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of rooftop solar power, Mr. To Xuan Bao – Director of the Department of Electricity and Renewable Energy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that rooftop solar power Self-produced and self-consumed electricity is produced and consumed on the spot, does not sell electricity to other organizations or individuals and does not sell to the national grid.<\/p>\n\n

Rooftop solar power is installed in construction projects including: Houses, offices, industrial parks, industrial clusters, enterprises, production facilities, existing and invested business establishments, built according to the provisions of law.<\/p>\n\n
