In 2023 (according to statistics from the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs), Vietnam had 7,394 occupational accidents causing 7,553 people to be injured. Of these, 645 people died and 1,011 people were seriously injured.

The numbers about damage caused by insecurity at work show its impact and damage on the health and spirit of workers, along with the impact on the health and well-being of workers,economic, social and reputation of the whole enterprise

To raise awareness to build a safe working environment for employees, CNV Group launched “Month of Action for Labor Safety” extensively to all departments/projects in All the people in company.

Objectives of the event:

Raise awareness of all employees about the importance of Labor Safety.

Strengthen propaganda and education about Labor Safety.

Review and evaluate risks and measures to prevent labor accidents and occupational diseases.

Organize training and coaching on Labor Safety for employees.

Launch emulation movements on Labor Safety.

To achieve the goals, the Board of Directors calls on all employees to:

Raise awareness and responsibility for Labor Safety, seriously implement Labor Safety regulations.

Actively participate in propaganda and education activities about Labor Safety.

Regularly self-review and assess the risks of labor accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace.

Strictly comply with measures to prevent labor accidents and occupational diseases.

Detect and promptly report risks of labor accidents and occupational diseases to responsible persons.

Month of Action for Labor Safety at CNV Group is an opportunity for each employee to reflect on our own awareness and responsibility regarding Labor Safety, and at the same time contribute to building a safe and civilized working environment for employees’ self, their family and society.
