JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving field survey requests from the sales department, conduct surveys, discuss and consult on designs directly with customers.
• Discussing with management to agree on design plans before proceeding with the design of construction projects/items (new construction; factory renovation or civil works) according to the requirements of the project clients.
• Following company standards and procedures, ensuring all design and legal procedure requirements are met.
• Taking off quantities and prepare project estimates.
• Reporting to managers on the situation, progress, difficulties… during the project design process.
• Other tasks as requested by direct manager.

REQUEST

1. Education

• Graduated from university majors: construction, construction engineering, traffic engineering… and construction-related majors
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

2. Key skills and abilities

• Proficient in using Office Information Technology (Word, Excel…)
• Flexibility in communication skills and problem-solving.
• Skills in calculating and using specialized 2D design software (AutoCAD), if able to draw in 3D is an advantage
• Teamwork skill
• Planning skills
• Skills in Construction Method Statement

RIGHT

1. Salary: 18 – 25 million VND/month.
2. Bonus: Quarterly, annual, and holiday occasion bonuses according to Company regulations.
