JOB DESCRIPTION

✓ Make a plan to check and accept materials and construction work on the construction site in accordance with the overall construction progress.

✓ Build a system of forms and lists to manage construction quality records

✓ Prepare documents for acceptance of input materials, acceptance of internal work, acceptance of work with Supervision Consultants, supervision of sampling and field testing.

✓ Record and manage construction diary

✓ Develop periodic training programs on quality management and organize training for site project management boards, engineers, project managers, and workers to ensure quality management processes and technical standards. techniques, technical specifications.

✓ Analyze, evaluate quality, and assess risks in this work to come up with methods to improve work and improve quality.

✓ Review & evaluate the Investor’s quality requirements and then have internal construction quality management measures to meet the requirements of the Investor and the company.

✓ Execute according to contract terms and regulations on financial regime topics for individuals who file crimes regarding quality management work.

REQUIREMENT

✓ Graduated from University majoring in construction.

✓At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

✓ Proficient in legal documents, inspection standards, and acceptance of project quality.

✓ Proficient in using Office Information Technology (Word, Excel…)

✓ Good communication skills, flexible problem solving.

✓ Good health, able to work both in the field and in the office.

RIGHT

1.Salary: from 15 – 20 million VND/month.
